Dr. Zhang mainly uses herbs to treat chronic diseases of conditions
associated with aging. Often when herb treatment is used, the patient
receives a prescription made from fresh raw herbs to be cooked into a
tea. In addition, the all-natural herbal prescriptions may be
prepared as ointments, tinctures, or pills. |

Zhang uses have been acknowledged by the World Health Organization
and, here in America, modern research is now confirming many massage

treating geriatric or pediatric patients. Dr. Zhang often uses the
therapy to treat some types of paralysis, conditions associated with
aging and to stimulate immune function. |
Chinese
healing exercise
Traditional Chinese healing exercises are relatively unknown to
western medicine, but some of the ancient medical exercises like Tai
Chi Chuan and qi gong are now gaining recognition. Dr. Zhang draws
from the rich tradition of Chinese medical qi exercises to accelerate
healing. Patients learn to recover lost mobility and strength with
exercises they perform at home. |
